Do prices include VAT?

Yes.

Can you send me a catalog?

We are constantly updating our product range, so we don't produce a catalog. However, our website showcases all currently available products. For more information on any product, please don't hesitate to contact us!

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver all our items within 1-2 weeks, but please allow 28 days for delivery. Some of our items are bespoke and made to order, so will take longer to arrive. Delivery times for individual products are listed in product descriptions on this website. For more information on any product, please get in touch.

How do I hang my mirror?

Since wall types vary we always advise customers to consult a professional when hanging large and heavy mirrors. Our mirrors are supplied with hanging brackets, but not wall fixings (screws, wall plugs etc.). Your local hardware store will be happy to help you.

What payment methods can I use to pay?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro (switch), American Express, Solo, Mastercard and Discover. You can also pay for goods via PayPal. We also can take orders over the phone (See contact page).

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this email shortly after you have ordered, please check your JUNK mail folder. If it's not there, please contact us.

What do you do with my order details?

We do not store your credit card details, we simply use them to pay for your order. They are securely transferred via 128 bit SSL encryption. We store your contact details securely on a database for future reference but we do not pass these details on to any third parties!
