Delivery Information
Delivery is included free of charge to MAINLAND UK only, although some items require specialist delivery, at which point we'll contact you. Other address within the British Isles will incure a delivery charge. Please contact us for details.
We use our own specialised courier who ensures the items reach you in the same condition as they left us. You will be given a date for delivery and if you wish we can provide you with our courier's phone number should you wish to obtain an exact ETA.
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and inform us immediately of any damage or defects.
The maximum delivery time is three weeks, however we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
Returns & Refunds
We will happily refund damaged goods free of charge. Some of our items are bespoke made to order, so we cannot refund orders made in error or for any other reason once it has been made, unless the item is received not as described or damaged.M/p>
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not been dispatched or (in the case your order is a bespoke, made-to-order item) the item has not been made.
